For cruise ship guests will be picked up at 8:15 am.

Government House at Morne Fortune above the Capital of Castries

Government House is the official residence of the Governor General of Saint Lucia, our local Head of State.

Government house is a noteworthy work of historical architecture in Saint Lucia. An old-Victorian styled structure, this building has been preserved throughout the history of the island since it was first built in 1865. Aside from its obvious outstanding features, this building is home to some very important documents, artifacts and other items of significant historical significance.

Drive through Sir Arthur Lewis Community College

Sir Arthur Lewis Community College is one of our local government-supported schools of higher education. Located at Morne Fortune above the City of Castries, This school offers a variety of programmes aimed at developing and preparing our youth for service to country, career or enterprise. Also on the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College Campus is the UWI Open Saint Lucia Branch, a tertiary level satellite campus of the University of the West Indies.

Pigeon Island is a 44-acre located in Gros Islet in the northern region of Saint Lucia. Once separated from the country in the Caribbean Sea, the island was artificially joined to the western coast of mainland in 1972 by a man-made causeway built from dirt excavated to form the Rodney Bay Marina.

Composed of two peaks the island is a historic site with numerous forts such as an 18th-century British fort and Fort Rodney both used by the British to spy on French Ships from neighboring Martinique. In 1979 it was named a national park and again in 1992 it became a national landmark under the control of the Saint Lucia National Trust (SLNT). Today, Pigeon Island is the home and major venue.

Here is a great opportunity to take in the sun, sand, sea and history of St Lucia. This tour provides you with an opportunity to climb Fort Rodney to get breath taking photos of the North of the island, and to visit the ruins and museum. Enjoy the beach and Fort Rodney for two hours. We return to cruise port for duty free shopping.
